MEDITATION CIRCLE
Beginning March 2012: Sonia Chadha will host a weekly meditation circle. Will need at least 5 participants to start this service. Saturdays. $10 per person per week. Time will be flexible on the first group launching this service. This will be a 1 to 1-1/2 hr meditation period, focusing on various Eastern Indian philosophy and meditations, such as breath, chakra, healing, cell, etc. If you are interested, please call 585-427-8110.

Energy Wellness Services are part of the Alternative and Complementary Medicine (CAM) therapies that engage the Mind-Body’s natural healing abilities, to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate as well as to uplift the Spirit. The following services are offered by appointment.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. A Reiki session can last 30, 60 or even 90 minutes in length. The session is performed by a Reiki Practitioner (RP or RMT) using specific Reiki hand positions. During a Reiki session, the client is fully clothed while comfortably reclining on a massage table or seated in a chair. A Reiki session aids in stress reduction and is a wonderful complementary modality in a personal wellness or healing program.
